Delivery Information

We aim to hold all of our on-line products in stock for immediate shipping. Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. With most orders being dispatched same day. During busy periods it may take up to 14 working days before dispatch. If you have a set date you need the item by, feel free to get in touch to check it is possible for us to fulfil your order. Also, please do bear in mind that we are a physical store and that an item can be sold in-store before our on-line stock levels can be adjusted. In this case we will contact you and give you details of when the item can be shipped. Alternatively we are happy to offer you an exchange or full refund. Please be aware that our primary delivery partner is Royal Mail. This is not a courier service and we cannot guarantee the exact date of delivery. Royal Mail provide an estimated time frame, however at busy times and with pandemic and customs issues this can be considerably longer, especially to international orders. UK Postage & Packaging

£3.99 per order under £60. For a limited time we're adding free delivery over £60 for all UK orders. Most orders are sent using Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class. However depending on the weight, size and cost of your order it may be necessary to use a courier or the basic Royal Mail 1st & 2nd Class services. Delivery times shown on the checkout pages are a guideline only, at busy times it may take longer. If you need your order for a specific date, please do get in touch so we can make sure we get the best delivery option arranged for you.

International Postage & Packaging

For orders outside of the UK, postage costs are pretty complex to arrange. All international countries are split into 3 differently priced zones, each with their own weight/size/cost options. Our website only has a basic way of calculating postage, so we have created a system whereby postage is arranged by the total cost of your order, unfortunately this sometimes means postage costs may be higher or lower than the price charged at checkout. As there is no way to tailor postage to each individual order you may feel that postage may be higher than you think - in these cases, please do get in touch with the items you require and we can create an order with postage specifically to your order.

We do try to absorb the higher costs in shipping out items, however sometimes it may be the case that high costs of postage to some destinations means that we may not be able to ship the required items to you. This unfortunately this does mean we have to cancel the order and process a full refund for the order. If you want to get in touch and check on delivery for specific items, we're here to help.

Please be aware that for orders outside of the UK, there is no VAT or tax included. Your order may be liable for your territories tax and import duty for which you are responsible.

For orders outside of the UK it is sometimes required by the couriers that we include a local telephone number so that you can be contacted to arrange delivery of your order. This can be either a landline or mobile. Please be sure to include any area/country codes that may be necessary.

European Countries Postage, Packing & VAT

Please be aware that due to changes in the rules regarding VAT for orders being sent to the EU, we have decided to remove the VAT liability for these orders. At check out you will see a reduction in the cost of your selected items. This does mean that you will be responsible for the VAT for your own specific region. Unfortunately as a small business it is impossible for us to take on the extra costs involved in registering and processing VAT in EU countries. For orders outside of the UK our website has a standardised way of calculating postage, so we have created a system whereby postage is arranged by the total cost of your order, please feel free to get in touch for a more personalised quote for postage to your part of the world.

All international items are usually dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class. However, due to parcel weight/size/value restrictions, some orders may be sent via Royal Mail Signed For, Royal Mail Second Class or our selected courier.

For International orders, delivery times can take up to 28 working days to arrive after the item has been despatched.

When returning an item to us, please be aware that you are responsible for the payment of return postage and that we recommend sending the item via a signed for/recorded service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the postal service.
