Black Walkabout Banned Apparel Petticoat - An essential item for that classic 50's style. This will give your dresses and skirts the volume to achieve that great retro look. Measuring about 20" (51cm) in length and featuring 2 layers and an inner shiny smooth underskirt. The 2 outer ruched layers both feature a ruffled edging to give the volume. The waistband features a special gap through which the elastic can be adjusted or even replaced. The sizes shown below are approximate and are for when at rest (no stretch made) and for moderately stretched to fit.
