Glitter & Pearl Fixative Stargazer Mixing Medium - This mixing medium from Stargazer is used for applying glitter and loose dust to the face and body. Simply mix a small amount of the liquid with your desired loose dusts and pigments to create your own spreadable creations. Can also be used with loose glitter. The fixative is designed to provide a reliable bond that doesn't irritate. Supplied in a dropper bottle with 10ml of product. Vegan friendly. Stargazer products are not tested on animals.
