Surgical Steel Screw Tunnel 3mm to 50mm - We love these almost as much as we love our Flared Steel Eyelets. They look great and are easy to wear. They have a good wide flare so less chance of them dropping out in the night etc. They fasten at the back with a threaded ring. Again being made of surgical steel they are easy to keep clean. Also available in black coated PVD surgical steel.
