Bellatrix Black Studded Padlock Banned Apparel Collar - This cute choker features a chrome coloured padlock which can be removed with the key provided. On either side of the d-ring lugs to which the padlock is attached are six 10mm spikes. Add some classic punk styling to vamp up your outfit. Measuring about 2cm wide, the faux leather collar fastens at the back with a small buckle. The smallest hole is around 31cm and goes up to around 39cm.
