Winged Thunder Skull Banned Apparel Collar - An unusual, cool choker. The collar features a large winged skull in the centre that measures 8cm across. The collar also features 2 chain loops for added interest. The collar measures just under 2cm wide and is adjustable at the back with 4 press studs and goes from approximately 31cm to 38cm in circumference.
